The Client

Latitude Partners leads the luxury travel market with a myriad of services: Private Jet Charter, Private Yacht Charter, Exotic Car Rental, & Helicopter Service. Their luxury division, LUXE by Latitude procures relationships with the largest owner/operator in each respective category and negotiates preferred pricing for their clients. This company's difference is that Latitude puts their clientele directly in the hands of the owner/operator, which eliminates the need for a broker/middleman.

The Challenge

Latitude Partners came to Cre8tive Inc. with a need for an immersive online experience for its end users.  Their industry is one that cannot afford downtime or interfaces that require a strict learning curve.  The interface needed to be geared towards a higher end clientele, but maintain the familiarity of other commonly used travel accommodation portals.  Latitude Partners required the User Interface to be designed to attract investors and receive the support needed from those involved.

Our Approach

The IA (Information Architecture) for this site was developed early so that we had a clear directive for the structure and focus of the project.  The air crafts were a primary asset to what the company was offering and they needed to showcase these amenities without losing the functionality and purpose.  The site would also need to support the most popular a mobile platforms, such as Blackberry, Android and iPhone.  This required a need for an interface that could be formatted for these devices.  

The Outcome

Latitude Partners received an interface that captured a beautiful representation of their branding and potentially the usability that has not been seen in their industry before.  A mobile version was developed to support administration for users when they make reservations.  Custom icons were built for the many features that Latitude Partners would represent.  Ultimately Cre8tive Inc. equipped the client with everything they need to showcase their vision and what could soon be, Latitude Partners.
